What is Designer-on-Demand?
Want to work with a designer but not quite ready to commit to our full design service? Then our Designer-on-Demand service might just be the right fit for you. We are available to help you and guide you with ongoing advice as you redecorate or remodel your home.

Designer-on-Demand gives you the flexibility to tap into our design knowledge and expertise when you need it.

Who is it ideal for?

You need help with space planning.

You need help selecting paint colours, furniture, flooring, tiles, window treatment, fabric and etc.

If you need assistance in sourcing and shopping so you know what to buy exactly.​

how it works
​
We can begin to work with you immediately after you purchase a block of time (10 total hours). Your need can be immediate or for a later date, but please keep in mind that time blocks are good for 90 days and there is a minimum of one hour billed. If you have unused time after 90 days, we will refund you the unused balance unless you choose to extend it.

Each time you request our service - anything from a text message to a full day of shopping, we will deduct from your purchased block of time. We charge in increments of 15 minutes. After the initial block of 10 hours has been used up, we will continue to bill at our hourly rate of $90 per designer.

We will do our best to return your call or email within one business day during business hours (M-F 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. We may NOT be able to reply to text messages and phone calls instantly.

If you need our design advice while you are out shopping, you can schedule this ahead of time and we can be available to FaceTime with you.​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice, or charges for one hour of the missed appointment may be applied to your purchased time.

We shall retain ownership of the design, including any drawings, renderings, sketches, samples, or other materials prepared by us during the course of your project. Our ownership shall include any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights existing in the design. You shall not use the design for additions to this Project or for any other project without obtaining our permission and paying appropriate compensation. ​​

We shall have the right to document the Project in progress and when completed, by photography or other means, which we may use for portfolio, brochure, public display, and similar publicity purposes. A general location of the Project may be used in connection with the documentation, but no personal information, such as your name, will be publicized unless specified to the contrary. If we choose to document the Project, we shall pay the costs of documentation. In addition, if you document the Project or share it on social media platforms, please be sure to give us design credit.​
