Seaside Retreat

The homeowners of this 910 s.f. two bedroom condo in Joyce station area are two working professionals who needed a help with decluttering to create their happy home. This small living room needed to be multi-functional. It is a living room, dining room, library, nursing area, entertaining, and last but not least, lots of storage. We start by clearly defining the different zones within the living room and use a few custom furniture pieces to make sure nothing would take up more space than absolutely necessary.
