stage 1: initial design & discovery consultation
Starting at $348 (Zone 1) for up to 2 hours in-home consultation
This 2 hour meeting may be all that you require to help you initiate plans for your home project. Our Small Space Designers will come to your home to discuss your needs and wants. We offer advice on paint colours; finishes; window treatments; space layout; priority planning & bring various samples depending on your needs.
Alternatively, this meeting is the first step in establishing your needs; desires & scope of work for your project. We’ll discuss ideas & your investment amount to create a plan that will turn your dreams into reality before proceeding to the next level of services. If you know ahead of time that you'd like to proceed with stage 2 & 3, we will then take the necessary measurement at this stage as well.

stage 2: design service
As low as $950.00 per room
For most rooms with standard requirements, the design fee is $1,200 for the first room, $1,050 for the second room, and $950 for subsequent rooms. The design package will include a design concept, one to two floor plans, a mood board, and more importantly, 3-d renderings to show you what the finished space would look like, Two revisions are included to ensure that you like the design vision that we created.
After our in-home initial consultation and understanding of your needs and wants, we will create a scope of work outlining what will become part of the design scope.
We will invite you to collaborate on ideas during the first couple of weeks.
During the third week, we will begin to create a custom design, which will usually include a design concept, one or two floor plans, a mood board, and 3-d renderings.
You may request up to two minor changes to ensure that you are happy with the design at no additional charge.
stage 3: execution
Now that the design is mostly done, we enter into the most “messy” stage - implementation. This is where we actually source out items that we suggested in the design stage and with your approval, make all the purchases, arrange for delivery, assembly, and installation. Dealing with hundred of items to purchase and inspect can be stressful. Our team will ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. And if something does go wrong, we’ll fix it right away so that this remains the most stress free way to create your happy home. For most rooms with standard requirements, our fees are $85/hour for one design professional or $125/hour for two design professionals. We may establish a flat fee and introduce a soft cap when it reaches a certain point of the project.
